처음에 우분투를 깔았을때, 절전모드만되고 최대절전모드로 진입하면 다시 안살아났는데요.
일단 절전모드는 처음엔 잘 되다가, 모뎀드라이버깔고 이리저리 삽질하니까 작동이 안됐습니다.
10번 시도하면 1번정도 성공. 나머지 9번은 절전모드 진입 직후 바로 resume됨.
전 8.10 에서 업글했는데, 업글했을 경우에는

sudo apt-get remove --purge laptop-mode-tools acpi-support
sudo apt-get install laptop-mode-tools acpi-support

를 해주면 다시 정상적으로 동작합니다.

지금 hibernate 도, 최대절전모드 진입 직후(제대로 최대절전모드 됬는지도 모르겠어요) 다시 resume되는데,
절전모드의 경우 usb관련 모듈을 언로드하면 된다는데 이게 hibernate에서도 될지는 모르겠네요.

Immediate Resume after Suspend

If a resume starts a few seconds after suspend a reason might be the USB modules. Unload the modules uhci_hcd and ehci_hcd before you suspend. Users of hibernate-scripts add "UnloadModules uhci_hcd ehci_hcd" to /etc/hibernate/common.conf.

게다가 resume시 잘 안되면 난감해서, 일단 보류.

이제 또 문제가 있는데요, 절전모드로 해도 배터리를 너무 많이 씁니다.
완충 상태에서 30분동안 절전모드 상태로 있었더니, 5W 정도를 썼습니다. 남은 배터리는 91%정도.

제 고진샤 e9에서 밝기 최소로 인터넷만 할때 0.7~0.8W 정도를 쓰는데
절전모드에도 2.5W라니 ㅁㄴㅇㄹ

일단 전 intel 글픽을 쓰니까 radeon문제는 아니고, 백라이트도 꺼집니다. (LCD가 싸구려라 검은색이라도 백라이트가 켜지면 환하기때문에 쉽게 알 수 있습니다.)

sleep 전에

echo -n eject > /proc/acpi/ibm/bay # Disable ultrabay
ethtool -s eth0 wol d # Disable Wake-On-Lan (And so the eth-adaptor)
echo mem > /sys/power/state # Sleep
modprobe -r ehci_hcd

resume 후에


modprobe ehci_hcd

하면 효과 있다고 하는데,
아직 안해봤지만 한번 해봐야겠어요.
